WC Equipment Sales was established in 2004. New
owners purchased an established manufacturer’s representative company
by the name of HERDCO. HERDCO was selling Vaughan pumps in the
Carolinas approximately 17 years prior to being purchased. The
company name changed from HERDCO to WC Equipment Sales upon the
purchase.

Allen Walker and Bill Cannon purchased HERDCO.
Allen and Bill also own Templeton & Associates Engineering Sales – a
manufacturer’s rep firm in Georgia that has been around since 1968.
How many people are part of the
combined companies?
There are 13 people behind the sales network of WC
Equipment Sales and Templeton & Associates Engineering Sales. They
include 2 outside sales people for the Carolinas, 4 outside sales
personnel in Georgia and the rest are sales support and service
personnel. The corporate office is housed in a 12,000 SF combined
office, warehouse and shop facility in Suwanee, GA and is owned by the
company shareholders.

sell?
WC Equipment Sales is supported by in-house service
technicians. WC Equipment Sales also has service agreements with
third party independent service companies that expand the ability to
service multiple projects in multiple locations at the same time.
